Chris did a wonderful job answering all my questions about the car I was looking at. Even though he was off the clock he was still willing to answer anything. I live out of state and was nervous to buy about the car I was looking at. Even though he was off the clock he was still willing to answer anything. He was willing to FaceTime me to show me the car and sent pictures of under the car within just a few hours. The dealership and Chris set up a couple of drivers to meet me half way to pick up the car so I wouldn't have to make a 16 hour round trip. After placing my order for a 2023 Maverick with Chris Herbst at Long McArthur, a few weeks later I was contacted by Tate Wands about a 2022 model that had come in and was available for purchase.
