Unblievable experience At 70 + years of age this is not my first new car. Of all the salesmen over the years this gentleman (Ray Aiden) was the most pleasant and easiest to At 70 + years of age this is not my first new car. Of all the salesmen over the years this gentleman (Ray Aiden) was the most pleasant and easiest to deal with. I felt as though I was talking to my best friend. He seemed to read my mind and offered me discounts before I even had the chance to ask. I was expecting the typical sell the add ons from the business manager. Boy was I surprised! Chris Hilliker was polite, knowledgeable, and business savvy. He suggested things to me that actually saved me money on the bottom line. He by far is the best business manager I have ever dealt with. If I could I would give them much more than the 5 star rating. I highly recommend this dealership and based on my experience with the sales department I look forward to having my vehicle serviced there. More

No buyer's remorse. Saw the car online (not the dealership's website). Called to see if we could schedule a test drive within the hour. They had the car pulled forward and let us have a good drive with it. No pressure. Our salesperson was professional and made it easy for me to ask all my questions (I hadn't bought a car in 16 years). His answers were well informed. The car hadn't been detailed yet and there was some mix up in that area causing a wait much too long which is why there are only 4 stars. Though our sales person even rolled up his sleeves and went over there to help get it done which is another point in his favor. More

One was found and transported to the dealership within 3 days, from another dealership out of town. The trade in was fairly priced as well, and made the buying process much smoother. However the finance portion was a bit pushy and when declining packages, it seemed as though the individual was condescending in a sense for denying some of the options once the paperwork was being finalized. Overall i would recommend the people i had worked with and the dealership. More
