I want to thank Chris Kelley for providing personal courtesy transportation when my husband was not able to pick me up. It was a busy day and he was sincere and gracious in his offer to assist. Pat and the rest of the team are responsive to questions and take care of concerns as needed. Thank you for attending to the repair concern and for the interior/exterior detailing. Also, thanks to Pat for the heads up re: reimbursement for the steering column recall. Submitted paperwork and awaiting the response from Hyundai. Great team! My only frustration? A man of few words My vehicle was on recall. I additionally asked for an oil change. While doing the multi-point checks, they found that the battery was on its way out. My vehicle was on recall.
