Every Experience Ive had at Infiniti of Denver has been great. From when I first bought my car from Shawn to the financing with Justin and the service from Chris. Most people have the impression that car d great. From when I first bought my car from Shawn to the financing with Justin and the service from Chris. Most people have the impression that car dealerships are out to get you and do whatever it takes to make a sale or hike up the service bill. I never feel that way. Chris is probably one of the nicest and most helpful individuals I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. He is a straight shooter and understands that sometimes Im on a budget and helps me lay out a plan of attack on maintenance. I love my g35x and the people who sold and service it. Chris was very helpful and explained everything. We discussed what needed to be done now and what could wait. He communicated with me throughout the day. Chris has worked with me numerous occasions to fix my 2003 FX35. He follows up when he says he will and even without asking which is rare.
