Our experience with Taylor's Auto Max was excellent. Matt, the salesman that I had been emailing before I came in that day was not there but Chris stepped in and dealing with him was great. I saw the truck I wanted online through craigslist before I came to Great Falls and wasn't going to pay more than I wanted too. Chris made the deal happen and we left happy. Chris Marshall went out of his way to help us. He helped us negotiate a price, prepared the new car and took care of the old. He even found items to return to us that we had missed in our traded vehicle and us negotiate a price, prepared the new car and took care of the old.
