Chris Meyers had a horrible attitude and acted like he did me a favor to take my car. His “holier than thou” attitude is horrible and interaction with him was enough to never step foot in that place again did me a favor to take my car. The only shining light was Jose Corona who not only helped with my problem but offered guidance and a solution. Jose was amazing. Chris was absolutely horrible to deal with. His attitude sucks More

This dealership has the most incredible staff! !! Everyone was so nice!!! Very smart personnel, very kind, very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with my salesman went above and beyond t !! Everyone was so nice!!! Very smart personnel, very kind, very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with my salesman went above and beyond the call of duty to explain every detail to me perfectly so that there would be no doubt at all when I purchased my brand new BMW he was a joy to work with. I will definitely buy another car from Santa Monica BMW.!!! The gentleman in the office who took care of the paperwork was very knowledgeable also and very kind and very easy to work with!!! I even talked to the owner who was extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable and just a joy to speak with everyone from the owner to the Salesman to the gentleman who does the paperwork made me feel so ease buying this brand new BMW it was a pleasure to work with them!!!
