It has been there now for over a year! I am in the process of sending a letter to Mr. Bill Ford to see if I can get him to intervene. Please do not buy from the dealership!!!! They are terrible! This is by far one the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with in my 50 years. If there was a negative 0 this how I would rate this dealership. My vehicle has been sitting at this dealership for almost year!! I spoke about maybe 25 different people there and no one are able to tell me what’s going on with my vehicle. They keep telling me they’re going to call me back and zero phone call. From the advisor to the service manager they’re terrible! How do they stay in business?? More

Dropped my car yesterday morning around 10am because my key would not turn the car off. The service advisor Chris stated that the car would be ready in the afternoon and that he would call when it was read key would not turn the car off. The service advisor Chris stated that the car would be ready in the afternoon and that he would call when it was ready. We got a shuttle around 12p, that dropped us off to get lunch. Called back around 2p and couldn't reach the service advisor or the assistant manager. Finally got dropped off at 4p, and the car was sitting out ready to pick up with no service advisors in sight. The morning crew had left. No call whatsoever. More

I had my truck in for oil change and tire rotation back in January. They gave me a printout that the oil change and tire rotation was completed. I went out to my truck and noticed that the tire rotation wa in January. They gave me a printout that the oil change and tire rotation was completed. I went out to my truck and noticed that the tire rotation was not done. I had recently put to new tires in the rear. So I went back inside and the associate at the front call the maintenance guy to the front. I asked him why you put on the printout oil change and tire rotation completed if you do it. and all nonchalantly said I can do the tire rotation for you. You should have the first time and not hand me forgery paperwork. Now last June went in for simple oil change. Today I notice they did not put the screws back in the underneath bracket. They replaced them with zip ties totally unacceptable. Now I don't trust Banister Ford at Marlow Heights to do anything to my truck. I hope this situation is resolved quickly. More
