I live quite a ways away from the dealership but I always bring my car back here for service. I like that they have been servicing my car from the day I purchased it there. Many people think my car is new ye bring my car back here for service. I like that they have been servicing my car from the day I purchased it there. Many people think my car is new yet it just reached its 10 year anniversary. Chris was very helpful in explaining what additional items were unexpectedly found with the car at this last appointment and I am very grateful that he was able to accommodate getting the work done the same day, so I didn't have to take time off of work to come back again and could feel confident that my car had been thoroughly checked out prior to taking it on a road trip. More

Service consultant was not particularly friendly or helpful. I had to correct his description of what I initially told him about the problem I was having with my Cascada. I had to call him for an upd helpful. I had to correct his description of what I initially told him about the problem I was having with my Cascada. I had to call him for an update about six hours after I brought the car in and he had no information for me. When he called back he spoke to my husband and was much more friendly to him. He indicated the car would be ready in a half hour. When I arrived 45 minutes later, I had to wait for my car. Finally, I was told it was ready, out back. When I went to look for my car, it wasn't there. After walking around for a while, another employee said he would find the car for me. A few minutes later my service consultant brought out my car from the back. He did apologize for not knowing the location of my car. Overall, my first experience with AH Buick GMC was mediocre. More
