It took 2 hours for an oil change that was scheduled for 8:00am. That should have only taken 1 hour. As in the past- I find the service dept very efficient and convenient to deal with! This is by far the worst service department I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Isaiah, Steve, and Chris are a joke. They did not test drive, quote for work that is not needed, and will neve the displeasure of working with. Isaiah, Steve, and Chris are a joke. The idea a main manager will blame employees, ex-employees, and even fictitious employees as a justified reason for poor customer service is wrong. Employees leave jobs because of management. If you bring your vehicle here, I hope your service is far better than mine. More

Dropped a hellcat off for service, left it there a week and nobody touched it. Service writer said their new system overbooked the service department. The people at this dealership are still top notch but and nobody touched it. Service writer said their new system overbooked the service department. The people at this dealership are still top notch but being set up to fail!! Picked the car up and went to a different Dodge dealer for the service. I felt disloyal as I’ve been a loyal LHM customer since 1996. Come back to us Miller family! The new guys are pure CRAP!!! More
