There were plenty of attempts at add-on fees and an impressively low initial trade-in offer. Nothing unusual for a dealership, but definitely a reminder to know your numbers and call things out when they don’t look right. They still owe me a deposit refund they’ve acknowledged but the urgency around processing that doesn’t quite match the urgency they had when asking me to complete this survey. Bottom line: Chris is great, and the dealership gets the job done, just go in informed. More
