The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it was stated to me that the apr for financing would be 4.49% and when i went back a few days later to sign the paperwork, the rate was 5.99%. I asked why this was the case, and I was told that if I went with the lower rate I would owe back $2500. Just make sure to be clear on the rate that is quoted and get it in writing. At signing, I was also told of a title fee of $695 that was not a part of the out the door price that I had negotiated. Again make sure all costs are clear and understood in the out the door price. There were plenty of attempts at add-on fees and an impressively low initial trade-in offer. Nothing unusual for a dealership, but definitely a reminder to know your numbers and call things out when they don’t look right. They still owe me a deposit refund they’ve acknowledged but the urgency around processing that doesn’t quite match the urgency they had when asking me to complete this survey. Bottom line: Chris is great, and the dealership gets the job done, just go in informed. More
