Customer service was lacking. Took over a week to set up a car detail/cleaning appt. Went to the appt only to be told that the wrong type of appt was made and I had to reschedule. Took over a week to set up a car detail/cleaning appt. Went to the appt only to be told that the wrong type of appt was made and I had to reschedule. It was a waste of time and missed work for nothing. I have also not received the email to set up my car security system. Will not be going back to that dealer for future purchases. More
