Doug Prince worked with me to get a deal made on the car I wanted at a price I don't think would have been matched at any other local dealer. The vehicle was ready to drive out in one day from the time we first talked about it. All paperwork was ready to complete the sale when my wife and I arrived at the dealership , with a finance rate that could not be beaten either. All employees were friendly and courteous, offering assistance whenever we even looked as if we needed it. Althuogh we didn't have much time to enjoy the facility, we found it to be attractive, clean, and comfortable. Doug's assistant Charles Lane did a good job of explaning as many of the unique systems as we could absorb in one sitting and followed up the next day to see how we were doing. All in a pleasant buying experience. More

I came in to trade in my 2012 GLK for a CPO 2011 E550 coupe. I worked with Kat over the span of around 3 months as we narrowed down my vehicle of choice. At first, I was trying to decide between a C250 coupe. I worked with Kat over the span of around 3 months as we narrowed down my vehicle of choice. At first, I was trying to decide between a C250 coupe or an SLK 250. Kat was very patient in showing me both models and allowed me to test drive whatever I wanted. As much as I loved both cars, I decided to give it a second thought. The second time around, I was focused on either the C350 or an E350. We test drove some more, with Kat having me compare the differences between the C- and E-class vehicles. It was during this second visit that I decided to stick with an E-class - if I was going to upgrade my vehicle, it might as well be a real serious upgrade. I almost did decide to purchase a brand new 2012 E350 coupe, but due to the color I decided against it. Then, a few weeks later, I found a Certified pre-ownded 2011 E550 coupe that had my exact preferences regarding options, packages, and colors. I contacted Kat to look into the vehicle and scheduled an appointment with her. When I came in, she told me she had already looked over the vehicle and pointed out any defects she saw and told me they would get it fixed should I decide to purchase. We then negotiated on an excellent deal, and I took the car home that day. In every step of the way, Kat took steps to ensure my complete satisfaction. She always did her best by making the car and purchase experience as perfect as possible. In several years, I will definitely come back to purchase a new car from this dealership. Kat is absolutely the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with in my life. All other sales consultants are so concerned with their paychecks, but Kat is actually so concerned with making sure her clients are completely satisfied. I would love to work with Kat again, she is an incredible, positive asset to the Park Place Motorcars Grapevine dealership!! More

Overall the experience with Kurtis Walker was great! I had been shopping for some time and I am a shopper that only makes the purchase if I feel absolutely comfortable. This was the case with Kurtis and I had been shopping for some time and I am a shopper that only makes the purchase if I feel absolutely comfortable. This was the case with Kurtis and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and relatives. The only down fall was the finance experience with John Picinic, he was not sincere and I felt he was rushing the entire process. When I asked questions and had concerns, he responded with sarcasm and was unprofessional. No matter the price tag people need to feel important and appreciated for purchasing at this location. John does not know the meaning of customer service or treating customers like they matter. I will purchase again from this dealership but I will request never to close with John Picnic. Thank you Kurtis Walker and Chris Stanford for a great experience!! More

Wonderful experience! I seen the car online- sent an inquiry about got a call within 5-10 min. Before I got to the dealer to check out the vehicle it was pulled up and ready to go!! Big xxxxxxto Chris Standford and Doug Prince for finding the car that most suited my needs and finding the financing package that was the most helpful to my family and me. They took the time to explain the the car that most suited my needs and finding the financing package that was the most helpful to my family and me. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of each decision I had to make regarding the purchase and they gave me the time to come to my decision while still feeing comfortable. My car hadn't yet been certified and they took extra steps to make sure I had a loaner car so that my life would not be affected by a lack of transportation. Chris especially went out of his way to help me by allowing me to use his demo car so that my wife and I could go to lunch to discuss the purchase. It is this kind of exceptional service that will make me comfortable in recommending Park Place to any new car buyer. Thanks, guys! More

I just purchased a vechicle from the Philip in July of 2011 and shortley after I found out I was pregnant. I informed Philip of the upcoming baby and advised him that I would be needing a larger car. He was very proactive in helping find the car that was right for me. He was very patient during my decision making process. Philip and Chris made this a very smooth transaction. Being 8 months pregnant, I really apperciated the extra time and effort that Philip put forth to make sure that I was taking care of. This was my third purchase from this dealership and I look forward to making my fourth purchase. I pray that Philip is still on staff when the time comes. More
