Amazing!!!!! I went to waite park auto to look at a 07 honda pilot and the dealer told me it was in the shop because of a head gasket problem and told me if i want I went to waite park auto to look at a 07 honda pilot and the dealer told me it was in the shop because of a head gasket problem and told me if i wanted to buy it after looking at it he will get it moved up on the repair list and i did like it and i realy wanted it so he payed for the repairs and a week later it was ready to pick up and i was trading in a 94 f150 and on my was there my tire went flat to the point of no retrun and i call them to tell him want was going on and that i called a towtruck to get me to the dealership and he the dealer was really good about it and when i got there he payed for the towtruck i was shock after all the money he put it to get the pilot fix and ready for me. I thank them for all the good work they did. More

The used Jeep is awesome...the sales service was even better The brakes went out on my worn old pickup. I wanted a Jeep but couldn't afford a new one. I found an internet ad for a used Jeep at St. Cloud Toyota, so--on a Sunday--I sent an inquiry email. That night, just before the Vikes game started, I got an actual call from the dealership manager! He was very kind, helpful, and practical. He helped me set up a short-notice 200 mile drive to check out the Jeep, which he held for me as a courtesy. His sales staff were very helpful, and the manager himself was there to greet and welcome me, even though he normally worked at another location. The dealership gave me a significant bargain; and they also delivered the Jeep 200 miles, free of charge. They won my heart and my trust. On The Ball Dealership Salesperson was helpful and took the time,on the phone, to answer our questions and describe the vehicle. This helped us to feel comfortable in making the decision to take the 5 hrs drive to come and see it in person. On our way Travis said we could text our info so the paper work could be started. This got us back on the road home about 30 minutes sooner! Car was inside when we arrived so we were protected from the rain when we looked it over. Ample test drive time was given and Travis was very knowledgable with our questions about the make and model. All employees were friendly and professional. More
