If I could give 0 stars, I would! My daughter’s boyfriend took her car for an oil change and tire rotation. When he was given the paperwork, the service rep. said it didn’t need a rot My daughter’s boyfriend took her car for an oil change and tire rotation. When he was given the paperwork, the service rep. said it didn’t need a rotation. The tread depths were the same on all tires. Tire manufacturers recommend tire rotation every oil change or 3000-5000 miles. If someone requests a rotation, then do it! This will be the first and last time I use this dealership. More

Not only that they actually sold me a Lemon a Honda use certified with the transmission issue that they will not honor because the code won’t come up yet my transmission shop but the code won’t show so they don’t have to pay scam alert. It’s been 7 years since I purchased my last car. I came in with a specific VIN # look at . The 1st words out of the sales guys mouth was Someone is planning on buying this car; But it’s not sold yet I came in with a specific VIN # look at . Since this was out 1st car we looked at and not ready to buy; we asked for an out the door price. The insulted us with a price $7000.00 over MSR , yes that’s correct. We will never buy a car from here, Oh and by the way….. the sales guy told us we wasted his time as he had to get the car; test drive it with us , Amazing very arrogant More

We purchased a Honda at a different dealer and had the worst ever experience. Princeton Honda took all the bad problems this other dealer left me with and corrected them like it was their fault . Post service I insisted that I want to test it they said they did not know it is rear seat because it was not written in paper. They just focus on money not service so won’t go there again. More
I had a positive experience at Honda of Princeton yesterday, November 1st. The service department is run very efficiently. I was impressed with how polite and helpful they are.
