Chris, Mariela and Aaron have always taken care of all our vehicles over the years. I only use the Service Department at McKaig for my Enclave. I will never buy from this dealer again. The sales staff are good people but service center sucks. Took them 6 months to finally fix a bent rim on my wifes truck. Buying their Biggest dealer package is a are good people but service center sucks. Took them 6 months to finally fix a bent rim on my wifes truck. Buying their Biggest dealer package is a waste of money. Didn't even last a whole 15 months. I had a leaking condenser and they wouldn't honor our warranty because it went out 60 miles ago. $10,000 for that stupid package and it didn't last and then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to extend it. I'm done never going back. More
