Every time they fixed one part under warranty, they broke another part or left loose parts in the original repair. I had to come Warranty fraud? Service dept lies to you, gen manager doesn’t return any emails or calls. Christina has no clue and is unprofessional. Truck sat there for almost a month. She just want to text back and forth. Too lazy to l emails or calls. Christina has no clue and is unprofessional. Truck sat there for almost a month. She just want to text back and forth. Too lazy to look at my extended warranty, tells me tie rods are not covered. Wrong it’s in black and white. She told me I would have to pay 1800 dollars and they had the Katie rod in stock, when I spoke to Phil another service guy he looked at the warranty , made the call and it was confirmed that tie rods were indeed covered. Only to be told by Christina that she would have to order the parts. Lie number one . Then she told me they had to take my truck to st Lucie tire and battery to get the front end alignment because the tires were to big and the could not do it there. Only to be told later that they aligned the truck themselves. I went to st Lucie tire and battery and they told me there was an another part that was bad and sunrise ford was told about it .sunrise ford never told me about this part, just some how aligned the front end and gave me my truck back because I feel they wanted me out of there. I went in for two recalls also, one for the tailgate opening by itself. They told me if it has not opened on its own they will not do the recall…. I ask who is responsible if it happens while driving and something fall out the back and kills somebody. No answer . I don’t know if either recall was done as my paperwork does not show it. Total incompetence. What sucks for them is I was looking at a new 25 f 250 platinum to replace my 21 f 350. Platinum, but I would never buy from sunrise ford. They keep advertising as family owned that’s a lie also. I know the original owners, they sold this dealership a few years ago. This dealership is horrible . Totally went downhill More

Drop my vehicle off at 9:00AM and not able to pickup until almost 4:00PM. Same thing happened the last time I dropped it off early and being a pest calling every hour after 1:00 PM to be able to get my until almost 4:00PM.
