Went to Schaller service with a complaint of noise under hood. They diagnosed car as needing head gasket…27K miles. They replaced head gasket. Day after I picked car up, the noise was still happening. They hood. They diagnosed car as needing head gasket…27K miles. They replaced head gasket. Day after I picked car up, the noise was still happening. They never worked on the noise complaint. I brought my car to another Honda dealer and they listened to my description of noise complaint and also listened the the video I had made. They diagnosed my car, repaired it and my car is back to 100% perfect. This was not the first time Schaller diagnosed my car with other problems. Needless to say, I will never go to Schaller again. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AND MY REVIEW OPINION. More

Diagnostic was fast and thorough, and I was both informed of a growing problem(rodents damaging the brakes) but was told of a fix that could be immediately implemented. I was also permitted the use of my own car to arrange timely payment of the unexpected repair costs. Aside from the usual post-repair problems of finding my seat settings had been messed with, I rate my experience as on the high side of 'good' and the staff most helpful and courteous. More
