I walked in to buy a used vehicle. Test drove it and decided to buy it on one condition. The rear wiper arm was broken and i wanted them to order and pay for one and send it to me. Its been 2 weeks and ive made 3 phone calls and have heard anything from them regarding the wiper arm. They tried to get me to purchase an additional warranty and a maintenance package without ever explaining to me what they covered! I have never had a dealership experience this bad before, I will never return to this dealership for anything. More

Fair vehicle pricing and decent selection of vehicles. Unfortunately the communication between management and sales and the customer is just awful. Salesman never informed me about the status of a vehicle Unfortunately the communication between management and sales and the customer is just awful. Salesman never informed me about the status of a vehicle after they said they would. Salesman didn't reach out or even know I had an appointment. I did all the legwork for this deal. I arrived to my appointment half an hour early, with my own financing in hand. I spent 5 hours at the dealership to trade in and purchase a vehicle. I asked for the whole process to be streamlined because I had an appointment to make afterwards, and no courtesy was given to my request. It wasn't even a busy day. 3 customers total in the dealership while I was there. It honestly felt like I was being made to wait just for the sake of waiting. I came in knowing what I wanted, what deal I was making, how much I was spending, and with financing paperwork in hand, yet the process was incredibly slow. I hope to never return to this dealership, because my hobbies do not include sitting in a dealership for hours on end for no apparent reason. More
