Poor sales and service. Dishonest They didn’t file our registration even after multiple calls to inquire where it was. Gave out false information regarding when title would arrive fro They didn’t file our registration even after multiple calls to inquire where it was. Gave out false information regarding when title would arrive from multiple people in sales. Brought it back for first service to get tires rotated and they did not screw on a lug nut. Had to take it to another dealer and interrupt our family vacation to get the tire fixed. Thankfully we noticed it relatively soon after the service. When we notified them they said they would give us a service package to compensate us for time lost on our vacation. It’s been over a month and we have received nothing. Would not recommend this dealership. More

Worst experience of my life I have reached out to the dealer and to GM about my concerns with Bob Johnson. Know one real seems to care. At this point I would never purchase a GM I have reached out to the dealer and to GM about my concerns with Bob Johnson. Know one real seems to care. At this point I would never purchase a GM vehicle again. Also the people at Bob Johnson service need to really learn some customer service skills. Ignoring customers while they wait at the counter is a joke. More

Chevy Traverse (AC Service) On 04/30/2019 I brought my Chevy Traverse in for an 8:30am appointment. It was suppose to be checked for an AC problem and I was informed it would tak On 04/30/2019 I brought my Chevy Traverse in for an 8:30am appointment. It was suppose to be checked for an AC problem and I was informed it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. I left and around 12:30pm I still didn’t hear back. I called and was told my service person (Shawn)was on lunch and they would give him the message to call me back. He never called back. I called again and and asked to speak to Shawn. I was informed he was still at lunch and would give him the message. I explained everything again. Shawn never called me back so I called again and spoke to Kristin. I asked to speak to a manager. She asked me what for and I told her I’ve already explained this several times and I wasn’t going to explain it again. Kristin then hung up on me While I was talking to her. I called back again and spoke to Cathy. She was able to track down Shawn-and he eventually called me back. I was informed they were very busy and had not had a chance to get my car in yet. I went back to the service station and asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one to speak to. It wasn’t until my wife flagged down somebody she knew and he was able to get a manager for me. While we were waiting the girls who answer the phones kept coming out to the service area to stare at my wife and I. Chris cod eventually came out and spoke to us and defended his employees actions of how we were treated. He did waive the diagnostic charge of the service, but I will never go back again. I will never buy another vehicle from you. And I have never been treated so disrespectful. I am a loyal GM buyer and my Dad and Brother both worked for GM. I grew up with GM . I did say something to Kristin and she denied hanging up on me. I told her I didn’t appreciate being treated like that. It was very disrespectful. Chris Codd apologized and said he would look into it. He called me back and said he reviewed the call and it sounded like a dropped call. None of my other calls were dropped. I feel as though Kristin hung up on me. The whole experience was horrible and to avoid any future conflict I won’t be coming back. Please feel free to call me if you need anymore information. More
