On arrival was told the sales manager, Michael Cobb, could not accept that that deal and wanted several thousand dollars more. After 3.5 hours or back and forth he threw down a piece of paper with last and final deal written on it that was $200 more than the car buying service price, contingent on using his financing (we were going to pay cash). Am telling everyone not to use this dealership for these reasons. More
