I traveled from East TN to the Chicago area to buy this car because of the way this dealership handles their customers. One person from start to finish, no hidden fees and they are absolutely forthcoming a car because of the way this dealership handles their customers. Chris Gough took a pesky service issue and turned it into a complete success. His knowledge of the technology in my vehicle was top notch. He made sure that I could take the necessary steps should I need to again. He was kind, professional, and showed a grasp of not just the technology, but also determined what my driving, comfort, and utility preferences were and made sure the vehicle was set appropriately.
