We came to the dealership shopping for a new/used Mazda CX-5. We test drove a new vehicle with Nathan Hernandez. He was very friendly, not pushy; very knowledgable about the vehicle. We came back 2 days CX-5. We test drove a new vehicle with Nathan Hernandez. He was very friendly, not pushy; very knowledgable about the vehicle. We came back 2 days later, having decided on a CX-5 that I researched on the Noller Mazda web site. Chris James helped with the purchase. Both employees were great to work with, never pushy, never tried to rush us into a purchase. Chris was great when we came back to pick up the car, helping to maneuver through the sound system, blue tooth, and navigation system. We worked with Bryan Schuster regarding the warranty and other details. He also was great to work with, seemed to appreciate that we don't purchase cars very often, caring for our vehicles, etc., and took this into consideration when deciding on what extra things were appropriate for us in terms of extra protection. Overall, I consider our experience with the dealership, employees, and other considerations Laird Noller has added for customer satisfaction to be way above average, and would not hesitate to recommend Chris, Nathan, Bryan, and Laird Noller Mazda to friends and family.
