The ONLY reason for 5 stars is Chris Kite! He knows I have been poorly treated in the past by other CDJ dealerships in the area. I had a great experience at the dealership in Daphne for my oil change. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. I came in June for a recall part under Chris's assistance. It's now October, and I've never received any update or call on the status of the order. I had to schedule another appointment on my own, assistance. It's now October, and I've never received any update or call on the status of the order. I had to schedule another appointment on my own, only to learn from a new advisor that the part was never ordered in the first place. To make things worse, the part is now on backorder, This level of miscommunication and lack of accountability is very disappointing and unprofessional More
