This was my first BMW and there was a lot of overwhelming technology that was new to me. He took the time to set everything up in the car with me, including the My BMW app, and showed me how to use all the impressive features. I drove off the lot confident and comfortable, everything was set to my liking. Chris goes above and beyond for his customers and I honestly couldn't be more pleased with the service.
