My Review Of BMW of Tenafly:
Purchasing a new car is usually a stressful experience with lots of waiting around while the salesman "checks with his boss" and the business manager tries to sell you a bunch of add-on warranties. Not this place.
Our experience here began with me sitting down with Mike Smeraglia the General Sales Manager. Great guy, asked a lot of questions, listened attentively, and was able to recommend just the right car on the first shot.
When I showed up on Saturday morning with my wife he already had the car cleaned up and waiting for us at the front door. Mike introduced us to General Manager Victor Sousa, another great guy. We soon felt right at home. These guys don't hide behind their computers. In fact when we had questions about pricing or equipment, they showed us what they were seeing on their screen.
Sean Mohammed was our Client Adviser. Sean is smart, polite, patient and was very helpful on the test drive.
We started around 9am and drove off in a shiny (nearly new) black 328i just a couple of short hours later. (Thanks to some fast work by business manager Jose Santiago)
Even though we were in and out in a hurry, the dealership has since reached out to us several times to make sure everything was OK and that we were happy. We've called them a couple of times with questions about the car. They answer their cell phones, even after hours.
Overall a very nice experience.
