The most pleasant buying experience so far in my 30 years in dealing with car dealerships. Their friendliness was outstanding from the moment you walk in, till you leave, along with the customer service we in dealing with car dealerships. We honestly came into the dealership as casual shoppers wanting more to just come lightly - if only all shopping experiences could be this pleasant. We honestly came into the dealership as casual shoppers wanting more to just test drive and 'do some homework.' But, after these guys hooked us up with a great used car and then made an irresistible offer, we were very comfortable completing the deal. It was closing time on the last day of the month and, after making it clear they really hoped to sell one last car to meet monthly quota, they were willing to let us walk and would still honor the deal if we came back later. Real class. Chuck and his boss (sorry I forgot his name) were persuasive, yet respectful and very professional. And Brian made the business part go equally smooth. Thanks everyone. More

Our experience with Chuck Goff was wonderful. We told him our price range and the ammennities we wanted in a vehicle and after considering 2 or 3 vehicles he showed us a Chrysler 200 S model that we loved.
