Misleading sale tactics and dishonesty We saw a online ad for a SUV we been looking for and went to test drive. We test drove, loved the SUV and decided to buy. Salesman George creates a co We saw a online ad for a SUV we been looking for and went to test drive. We test drove, loved the SUV and decided to buy. Salesman George creates a contract with added fees that were not priced on the advertised posting on their website. According to GA state law, consumers must purchase a vehicle at the price it was advertised for and are not responsible for any additional fee. George added extra $2100 in fees to our contract. We brought the issue to the general sale manager Chuck attention and he only agree to refund $699 in dealer fees. We then had to keep calling the gen. sales manager Chuck to make sure he held up his agreement to refund, but kept giving us the run around. I had to personally speak to the accountant manager there to get the check processed to the bank. Overall we didn't appreciate the misleading tactics and dishonesty used to make a sale. More

WOW !!! What an amazing Experience !!! I’ve purchased several new cars from several different dealers and they all fail in comparison !! First I was greeted by a friendly salesman and then I’ve purchased several new cars from several different dealers and they all fail in comparison !! First I was greeted by a friendly salesman and then by the Manager and he listened and cared about everything I said and did exactly what I asked. No pressure , no upsale , I saved a great deal of money and time and everyone was kind and professional and I really believe that I’ve made not only friends but family there !! Last minute price change We traveled about 3 hours to purchase a used truck from George Mazzant after agreeing on a price. TWICE we confirmed the amount of the purchase price We traveled about 3 hours to purchase a used truck from George Mazzant after agreeing on a price. TWICE we confirmed the amount of the purchase price before we agreed to make the trip. We were adamant about confirming the out the door purchase price. We arrived at the dealership and waited for George to come in. Then we were able to take a test drive. We were excited to make the purchase. When we were about to sign the papers they suddenly informed us of a $900 certification fee. We left without making the purchase. We felt insulted and furious! We could not believe we were treated in such a way. Just to let the dealership know, we had another family member ready to make a purchase also. You can bet that wont happen now. More

BAD MANAGEMENT The service manager was very rude. And told me I should have been checking the drains that are on my SUV that i was not told was on my SUV. He did this in front of other customers and was a smartass about it. After waiting an hour and a half to be talked to to let me know what was going on. Also making me late back to work. Any time I bring either of my automotive to this service department everyone is rude. They take forever to do anything simple on a vehicle. More

I had an appointment for 11:30am but arriv e at 12PM, due to the tow truck not arriving on time. Butvling story short, I came back around 5PM and my wasn’t even looks at. Remind you I went on Halloween and I need ed my vehicle to take my children out trick or treating but I couldn’t due to my car not being serviced. I asked if I could receive a loaner car for the inconvenience and my car not being ready but the service Manager Brian told me I couldn’t be accommodated since I wasn’t 25 years old. How come ainwasnt contacted before the business day was over? I couldve rented a car myself from a car rental place. But no one took the innovative to contact me or even tried to accommodate me. I will not be taking my car back to McDonough Nissan. Very unprofessional and don’t care about customer service. More
