After my truck died unexpectedly I wasn’t sure what to do in this market. Had a friend recommend Capital, specifically Clair. From the get go Clair was great to deal with. He gave me a general summary on the market and what options might be available. He then asked what my needs were in a truck. We talked about a few different models. I left it with him for a few days for him to do his thing. He had a few options that in the end I decided I didn’t want. He didn’t try to force them on me, he took that info and used it to find what I wanted. Through the whole process he was never pushy or settled just because, he kept looking and kept me informed with text messages or phone calls. It took just over 2 weeks and he delivered. I will use Clair again and recommend him to anyone looking. I am a very happy customer. More

Clair listen to what I was looking for and delivered as always. This is the 4th truck I purchased from Clair, the first was in 2000 and was a new S10 ZR2 from the same dealership. Clair was new to the dealership and in the car business at that time, it is nice to see him at the same dealership for over 21 years. That tells me a lot about Clair, he knows the car business. I also purchased 2 Silverados. My experience was always good when purchasing from Clair. I also brought a friend that was looking for truck and Clair looked after him and his needs he did purchase a new truck. I feel vary fortunate to have Clair looking after my driving needs. Time for a review. Which I've never cared to do in the past. But this seemed most worthy. Most recently the service from Erin Whelan in the Collision Center. She provide me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. From quick email and phone call returns, she always seemed to be on top of things. Big shout out to the collision repair team as well as my truck came out looking brand new again. From inside and out! I was very impressed. Feels like day 1 of driving the new truck again.
