My Kia Sales Rep. Mr. Clarance King, presented me, with a WOW Experience regarding, my search for replacement vehicle. I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento from Southwest Kia of Round Rock, a year and a half ago. WOW Experience regarding, my search for replacement vehicle. I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento from Southwest Kia of Round Rock, a year and a half ago. I was happy with that vehicle and the Sevice warranty provided by Kia, I no longer have that my Vehicle. My Sorento was hit & totalled while parked, in front of my home, by a drunk driver. So, I went right back to Southwest Kia, seeking another vehicle, because of their Great Service, they have provided Me before. I was greeted by Kia Sales Rep. Mr. Clarance King, he listen to me and he asked me lots of questions, to understand exactly, what my vehicle needs were and what I was looking for. Mr. King assist me, with finding a great looking Vehicle, Show room 2021 Sportage fully loaded, with only 19 miles & suitable for my Price Range, with all the Amenities, I was seeking. Im Extremely ☺ WOW Happy with My New 2021 Sportage and The Way, The Sales & Service, was provided to Me by Mr. Clarance King and Southwest Kia of Round Rock. More

Clarence King, he was wonderful and amazing! He took he time didn't rush and asking us question. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what I wanted. Very friendly and very sweet personally. Great experience from beginning to end. Clarence was great. Took us for a test drive, ran through all the options and once I decided, processed all the paperwork quickly and efficiently.
