Car buying as it should be My wife and I recently purchased a new 2018 Toyota Camry XLE that was facilitated by their Sales Representative Mr. Clayton Bailey and Financial Servi My wife and I recently purchased a new 2018 Toyota Camry XLE that was facilitated by their Sales Representative Mr. Clayton Bailey and Financial Services Manager Mr. Bill Herder. When I arrived at the dealership parking lot, I was greeted by Mr. Bailey who listened to our needs and expectations for a new vehicle. We quickly eliminated one of the cars I was considering then he recommended a car that was unexpectedly well suited for our needs and preferences. Our deliberation over price was done without pressure and left us satisfied and gratified with the experience. After the base car price was agreed upon, we were introduced to Mr. Herder who lead us through the financing, maintenance and insurance options. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge of the array of services and options available to us. He patiently, concisely and clearly explained what would be the most useful options based on our needs and desires,. This is our fourth Toyota-built automobile and first one bought from the Molle Toyota dealership. My wife and I have nothing but good thing The salesman is what we expected when coming to your dealership, honest knowledgeable and very professional. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about Clayton. He worked around our schedule and had everything set in place before I got there during my lunch break. The next day our vehicle was cleaned sitting in front of the sales department and ready to go on short notice from a last minute phone call request from my wife due to a scheduling conflict which would not have allowed us to pick the car up on the day originally set in place. This is our third New Toyota in roughly three years and definitely will not be our last from your dealership. Thank You again. More

Clayton not only fully explained the features of the new Toyota I purchased, he was able to answer all questions and even knew how the features of the new car compared to the features of my much older car. No high pressure. Very professional. My best car buying experience ever. Also, my new 2016 Corolla LE Plus is fantastic. Many features I would expect only in a much higher priced car. They have much improved the interior over a model I looked at a few years ago. Very elegant. More

The selection of vehicles was great as was the sales person, Clayton Bailey. We were allowed to take our time with no pressure to hurry or buy. Because of this we decided to purchase before we left and took care of the information process that day. We only had to make one trip back to sign the final documents and get the vehicle. Extra care was taken to insure that we knew all about our new car and how to operate it. A very pleasant experience and when we are in the market for another vehicle will go back to this dealer. More
