This dealership has an awful scheduling service that doesn’t communicate. Cliff and the service team did everything they could to try to make things right. The extended warranty I bought through Hudso doesn’t communicate. Cliff and the service team did everything they could to try to make things right. The extended warranty I bought through Hudson Nissan at the time of purchase at Hudson Nissan somehow isn’t in the system when repairs are quoted. The finance manager was amazing and found the warranty for me. Think his name was Jay but either way he was great. Hudson Nissan has a lot to work on in the communication dept and customer satisfaction as well as service department. More
