I started working for the Tomes Family in October of 2017 and in January of 2024 I took over the Service Manager position here at Subaru. I have always been passionate about Subaru and have bought many cars from Brandon Tomes Subaru over the years. My goal as Service Manager here is to ensure your vehicle is serviced as if it were my own Subaru all while providing you with the highest level customer service possible! When I have the time I love traveling with the love of my life or just relaxing at home with her and my 2 dogs. Outside of work I can generally be found racing or at car meets. Currently I have a Subaru Crosstrek.

Failed to provide all required paperwork at the time of purchase, including the bill of sale. I had to call and email multiple times before finally receiving it. After more than a month of ownership, I purchase, including the bill of sale. I had to call and email multiple times before finally receiving it. After more than a month of ownership, I still had not received my registration. When I called the DMV, I was told the plates I had been given were registered to a completely different vehicle (a 2022 Toyota), even though my VIN was correctly titled in my name. This meant I was unknowingly driving with improper registration. A serious legal risk. When I explained the situation to a manager named “Tyler,” his only response was, “Did you want to continue?” before hanging up. I was never called back. It took another week and a half of repeated calls and emails before the correct plates and registration were finally provided. Based on my experience, management showed little concern for the mistakes they made or the legal risk I was placed in. I will never return to this dealership and cannot recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware. More

I have been working with Brandon Tomes Subaru since my relocation to Texas in 2017 and have always been very happy with my interactions. Up until this week my activity had involved only service but, just relocation to Texas in 2017 and have always been very happy with my interactions. Up until this week my activity had involved only service but, just yesterday I purchased a new 2024 Forester to replace my 2016 Forester! After 8 yrs and over 100K miles of cross country driving, it was time for a new road partner! The sales process was awesome!
