First time customer, needed oil change and tire rotation, Cody looked up vehicle specs and told me that two filters were scheduled to be replaced due to mileage. First appointment was made for January 17. No call from Gettel. When I called in March. They said no parts had arrived. I contacted them .Air pockets in light diffuser stickers. No concerns ab No call from Gettel. When I called in March. They said no parts had arrived. I contacted them .Air pockets in light diffuser stickers. No concerns about doing quality work. 9 am appt. Finally completed at 1145 after I had stopped in around 10am.I am not happy with service!!! More
