Me and my wife came to this dealership to purchase a Rogue rock creek on Aug.19 2025.The first two people who helped us were helpful and nice.Then we met Sales Manager Cody. This is an extremely arrogan Rogue rock creek on Aug.19 2025.The first two people who helped us were helpful and nice.Then we met Sales Manager Cody. This is an extremely arrogant and dishonest individual. He gives a new definition to the term used car salesman.He first tried to low ball us on our trade in and give my wife 9% financing.He was disrespectful for the next 2 hours as he tried to get his company the best deal instead of the us the customer.We were at the dealership for over 4 hours before he got us to a payment we could be ok with. We were then sent to financing where we met Cy. He just hurried through the financing and didn’t really go over the numbers he was just concerned with trying to sell us a gap insurance that i guess he got a kick back for his self.Me and my wife by then were so ready to go that she signed the contract without paying close attention to all the details.When we got home I looked closer to the numbers and found out that they had added 4000 dollars to the cars price and 2% more to the financing.I called back the next day and tried to speak with sales manager Cody’s supervisor and have not heard back from him yet to explain why we were Charged 41143 dollars for a car that listed on the car for 37145. A 4000 increase and the interest rate was 5.9 % instead of the 3.9 we were quoted by Cody. All these increases were never explained to us at all.I can say that they do work well together to deceive there customers.I called back 4 times the that day when I finally asked to speak with Cy the Finance manager .I asked him about the changes and he said he went over all the numbers with us and i told him that that was not true all he was concerned with was trying to sell us a Gap insurance policy.He went over that policy 4 times and brought someone else in after the 4th time to tell us how great this program was and we needed it. As we discussed the differences in the numbers he tried to explain to me that at Tony Serra Nissan they add 4000 to every vehicle that they sell for Nissan program something they don’t explain to the customer.He also gave me the run around about the increase in the interest rate He said it was explained to us and i called him a liar in the nicest way i could.I have still not received any response to make me understand why we were deceived and the issue made right.If you want to buy a Nissan avoid this dealership like the plague they are very dishonest people.We have purchased 3 other Nissans from other Nissan dealers and never have been treated like this.I would have never came to Serra in cullmam al but they were the only one who had the exact car she wanted.Don’t get me wrong Nissian makes a good car and we love the 2026 Rock Creek Rouge.. The car is great but this dealership has a lot of dishonest managers working for them,so if you go there to buy a vehicle pay close attention to everything they do so you don’t get took like we did. More

I don’t have the words to express my frustrations on how I felt about this dealership. Sales Manager was dishonest about pricing and kept me waiting while he took care of some family members who came by for I felt about this dealership. I was called by the manager of the dealership who said he would get back with me because my truck has an air leak in the windshield and because of the treatment I received. But it’s been a week and I haven’t heard back. I’m beginning to think these folks really don’t care about the customer, only ramming through customers and lying to them. More

I would never use or recommend Serra Nissan because of the way I was treated by Cody, the Sales Manager. I should have walked away not bought the truck I got, so that’s my own fault. The price I was given the way I was treated by Cody, the Sales Manager. I should have walked away not bought the truck I got, so that’s my own fault. The price I was given was not the price on the contract. It was explained that the internet price was not actually the Serra Nissan price after all the paperwork was done. It was a price hike of about $5000. I’m truly disappointed in myself but for not walking away but even more disappointed that I was lied to and treated with such disrespect. All he wanted was the sale, and not to truly take care of the customer. He was too busy with a family member to actually answer my questions properly. More

I was very satisfied overall. However, there were a few things that didn't go the i would have liked. There is a hand size smudge in the paint that looks like it could rubbed or buffed out but you refused to do that after I found post sale. You only gave me one key and you have taken your time providing a second. More
