Basic servicing visit I've been dealing with herb chambers Volvo of Dedham for a long time, long before herb chambers purchased them. For someone who doesn't know a lot abo I've been dealing with herb chambers Volvo of Dedham for a long time, long before herb chambers purchased them. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars at all what they do best is explain things in perfect English for me that I understand. Mike, Colin, and Matt are usually the three I deal with most and I can't say anything other then how exceptional and great they are. The best part about them besides making something complicated seem simple is just that they are real human beings. A lot of places you go to pretend to be know it all and follow a script. Not these folks. They are the most genuine around and are easily the most knowledgable. Herb Chambers are very lucky to have such quality employees who care and put the customers needs first above their own. More

It was great working with Anthony We just bought our XC60 from Volvo of Norwood with Anthony Esomonu as our salesman. I found Anthony to be extremely knowledgeable about the product a We just bought our XC60 from Volvo of Norwood with Anthony Esomonu as our salesman. I found Anthony to be extremely knowledgeable about the product and he gave us the best introduction to the car's system capabilities that I could imagine. In about 15 minutes, he clearly and completely showed us how to get on the road in our new car and be able to use the systems (with which we were unfamiliar) almost immediately. This was very important to us since we had made the purchase agreement over the phone and had to drive in from 8 hours away to finish the paperwork. Anthony was also very friendly, professional, and courteous. I would look forward to working with him again. Thanks Anthony. I would also like to thanks Colin in Service who gave us a good introduction to our new towing package capabilities. More

As has been said by others, let me add that Colin takes the time to explain the details of the work that needs to be performed in a simple easy to understand way and doesn't feel he is finished until all my questions are answered. When my car needed to be kept overnight he called me early in the day to tell me, didn't wait till the end of his day-and then next day called me to tell me my car was ready. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by one gentleman who opened the door for me. The receptionist asked my name and within seconds Amanda appeared then introduced me to Tom Naymie. I never felt any pressure or stress during the whole process and Tom made it easy for me, having no doubts that I chose the right dealership. Tom took the time to explain everything about the vehicle, took me on a test drive covering all roads from highway to city streets. Tom was very easy to talk to and pleasant. I have never been so relaxed before when buying a car, new or used. Dealing with David Molnar, the finance manager, was a pleasure as well. David laid everything out so that I understood where all numbers were coming from and explained, in detail, each option available to me for the vehicle I was purchasing. He shared his own use of these options on his vehicle making me feel better about whether I should purchase them. He also got me the lowest available finance rate even after I told him I might finance through my own bank. I found David to be very organized and thorough. Any question I had was answered by both Tom and David and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The no haggle or "Smart Pricing" addition to this dealership is by far the best thing going when buying a car. Thank you again to everyone at Herb Chambers Volvo of Norwood. There should be more dealerships around like this one. A very happy, relaxed and satisfied buyer. This dealership's customer service is beyond any I have ever known. The Service Dept. was very thorough and pleasant to deal with for my 45K service. For years my wife and I purchased Volvos thru the prior dealership at this location (Dalzell). It was recently acquired by Herb Chambers. When I brought the car in for service I was happy to see that the dealership at this location (Dalzell). It was recently acquired by Herb Chambers. When I brought the car in for service I was happy to see that they had retained both Matt Garron and Colin Ayers, both whom always proved to be quite knowledgeable, competent, and pleasant. I needed service because my vehicle had a problem with the seatbelts on my Volvo S60 T6. They quickly determined that the seatbelts needed to be replaced and gave me a loaner--a virtually brand new T5. My vehicle was ready, when promised. And the work, as always, was done properly. More

I have been purchasing Volvos from Volvo of Norwood for over 25 years and will continue to do so due to the exemplary service I receive from the Service Dept. One never looks forward to bringing their automobile in for service but Matt Garron and Colin Ayers make it a pleasant experience. It's a pleasure to be welcomed the first thing in the morning by a team that has been servicing my vehicle for years. Matt and Colin are thoughtful, polite, professional, knowledgeable and at times comforting when the need arises. Yesterday morning Matt not only inquired about how my Volvo was performing but also how my daughter, Meaghan, was doing who recently had a baby and also has her Volvo serviced at Volvo of Norwood. By the way when Matt inquired about my Volvo, my response was "Matt it's a Volvo". The implication being that I rarely have an issue and i'm there just for scheduled service. I am also in the service business and appreciate a well trained staff who truly care about customer service and satisfaction. My family looks forward to Matt and Colin servicing our Volvos for many years to come. More
