Now when you use the word Amazing you would be downgrading this guy. This guy is SPECTACULAR IN EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!!. From the moment of contacting this dealership, everything just get better downgrading this guy. This guy is SPECTACULAR IN EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!!. From the moment of contacting this dealership, everything just get better and better every step of the way. Audrey was very polite when I call, logical, simple, direct and very friendly while EDUCATING ME about the car that may suit me better. As of such, I requested someone with similar attitude and personality. She suggested Collin Silva and this guy make everything possible. He was patient, attentive, courteous, helpful, thoughtful, knowledgable, reasonable and I can go on and on. Even when I had problems getting insurance on my car he make all the effort to ensure I was able to get everything to get my car on the road. ....Unfortunately though I must say I had the worst experience in the financing department. The guy tries to sell me everything I don’t need which will add on like 7000+ on my car. He was impatient, very speedy, vague, and seem angry when he couldn’t get his way with me. I almost walked out and do business elsewhere. Nevertheless, I would recommend going here, they know how to help you it is just the finance department may give you a hard time. Always ask to speak will COLLIN SILVA !!!!!! Stay away from Manny Rodrigues in finance!!!!! More
