She went above and beyond dealing with his needy requests...and believe me, he was ridiculous. When she wasn't available, Colt Nipps took over. Dustin Thompson, our salesman, did an awesome job. He is professional and enthusiastic and he made the process easy I truly appreciate the pricing process because I really hate the normal dance when buying a vehicle. I usually leave a dealership with a sour disposition. Not this time. I really liked not being pressured to finance through their companies. Matt had our paper work completed in no time and we were on our way. We will definitely make the drive again to visit this dealership. It was actually a good experience and they set the example for the way car buying should be. Before we visited Chris Nickel, we went to our local dealership and needless to say, they failed to make the deal. More

Drove up from Fort Worth and made it to the store with 10 minutes to spare before closing. Process was smooth and lasted all of about 20 min if that. Car was clean and filled up and ready to go. Very easy dealership to deal with and they made it easy and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone. More
