I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by my experience at Royal Moore Subaru. I was greeted warmly and treated respectfully by all of the staff, which is especially significant to me as a woman who came to t Royal Moore Subaru. He was very transparent, championed for me during the financial process, explained everything gently and thoroughly, and overall was a lovely person to work with. More

These guys were both effective and efficient. They showed great respect for my time though their knowledge and quick processing of the paperwork. Clean facilities, decent snacks, very friendly and personable staff! I went to Royal Moore Subaru for the end of my lease, and am not usually into the dealership experience. I was burned once and personable staff! I went to Royal Moore Subaru for the end of my lease, and am not usually into the dealership experience. Overall, the experience was good. My salesman, Javier, was very responsive to my questions-- and was very knowledgeable about the car. He went out of his way to make sure I got the ve My salesman, Javier, was very responsive to my questions-- and was very knowledgeable about the car. He went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted, and I'm glad I went to Royal Moore. I felt comfortable test driving the various vehicles, and my concerns were not brushed away. Alternatively, the finance department I can't speak wonders about; my first finance manager was great, but the one who finalized our deal couldn't of really cared less about the whole ordeal. He wasn't awful, just dismissive and a little impatient. The service department was perfect-- they fixed the key fobs for me and were generally responsive to my requests. (When management allowed.) No complaints here. Overall, I'd recommend a visit. The sales people there will help you get into the vehicle you want, for the right price. Royal Moore makes buying a car a comfortable experience. More
