I started my process online with Lauren and Brooke. They were very responsive and knowledgeable about the truck. When we got to the numbers they brought in Sean. He was honest, open and respectful. They were very responsive and knowledgeable about the truck. When we got to the numbers they brought in Sean. He was honest, open and respectful. After some negotiations, we reached an agreement. A day later I went to the dealer in person and met with Connor. He showed me the truck and its features and answered a bunch of my questions. He was also knowledgeable about the truck. Lastly I worked with the finance department on paying for the truck. The total time I was there, including a test drive, was about 2 hours. Very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend MacFarland Ford of Rochester. More

Robbie, Connor, Ben and Jonathan were all extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Update: I actually already provided a review. But now I have an update. Within the first week or so of having the car that I bought from McFarland Ford, I found a couple of issues with the car. T But now I have an update. Within the first week or so of having the car that I bought from McFarland Ford, I found a couple of issues with the car. They had reached out to me to make sure that I was happy with the car and everything was going well with it. So I contacted them to let them know about the issues, and they have taken care of them. In fact, they have gone above and beyond in taking care of them, doing more than I expected even after they told me they would take care of them. I highly recommend this dealer and plan to look there for any cars needed in the future. More

Connor was very personable. The paper needed was very lack there of. 30 mins before picking up my suv contacted me for documents needed.
