Corey was very friendly and polite. There were additional charges not listed on CarGurus even thought it said including dealers fees and we were told the work was already performed. The only additional problem was a lengthy wait to complete the transaction and they couldn't take payment the way our lender sends payments (via wire) and so that caused additional delays. We ended up spending 4 hours on what should've taken 1 hour. Everyone at the dealership was friendly.
