The customer service communication was less friendly than expected. I had an awkward feeling each time I arrived. Not very warm and welcoming. Much different than Chevy, which is surprising. Updates were sen expected. I had an awkward feeling each time I arrived. Not very warm and welcoming. Much different than Chevy, which is surprising. Updates were sent via text at very end of the day. When I came to pick up my car from service, the person at the desk inside said hello, which was nice. But when I told her I was going to service, she said “good luck.” It was weird. More

Stuck up , rude , absolutely no help after car sitting for a week. Unfortunately for them they profiled me because I brought in a older 7series and dress different. The Westlake team are always accommodating with setting service appointments, but during this visit they went beyond the call of duty…My appointment was scheduled for 10am, but I had arrived one hour early service appointments, but during this visit they went beyond the call of duty…My appointment was scheduled for 10am, but I had arrived one hour early as I needed to conduct some work calls and Cory had me in and out even before my scheduled appointment time of 10am…Now that’s elite Customer Service!
