I'd been looking for a 2011-2013 Toyota Highlander Hybrid for months, when I finally found a good one at a good price in Greenfield, Massachusetts ... and I was in Wisconsin. Called up, talked to Craig, got for months, when I finally found a good one at a good price in Greenfield, Massachusetts ... and I was in Wisconsin. Called up, talked to Craig, got a good description of the vehicle and, when he asked if I'd like to make an appointment for a test drive, told him I was in Wisconsin and just wanted to buy the car. Apparently Craig was used to situations like this, because the entire transaction went smoothly from start to finish: he put an immediate hold on the Highlander, sent me the necessary documents plus the total price of the vehicle plus MA sales taxes (which were rebated when I picked up the car), and, when he received my cashier's check and my signed documents, he quickly sent me the title already signed off by the dealership so that I could register the vehicle in Wisconsin and get the license plates, all before I flew out to pick up the Highlander and drove it home. He even suggested which car rental company to use from the airport to the dealership, based on the proximity of the nearest rental/return location to the dealership (2 blocks). And this all happened quickly, using Fedex for next day document deliveries paid for by the dealership. In fact, the dealership did it almost as quickly as a local dealership would have. The vehicle was spotless and ready for me when I arrived, and the ride home was a breeze -- no issues on the drive, no issues since I've been home. Just a great looking, smooth riding and comfortable Highlander Hybrid at a very fair price, one that I expect will last me for a number of years based on my mechanic's checkup. Toyota of Greenfield MA knows what they're doing, whether you're a local buyer or someone like me who's half way across the country. Try them when you're looking for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed. More

Roman, Ryan and Craig were all extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of buying our first brand new truck. The sales manager, Craig Bodenstein, was hostile to my spouse when she came in to make a deposit on the Transgender and/or queer customers beware. The sales manager, Craig Bodenstein, was hostile to my spouse when she came in to make a deposit on the new minivan we were purchasing. My partner is a nonbinary transgender woman, and when she reacted defensively to being repeatedly misgendered (said "Please stop [curse word that starts with f] calling me 'sir'"), Craig reacted aggressively and initially said he would refuse to do business with her/us. He also refused to put on a mask, prior to the lifting of the Massachusetts mask mandate, when my partner asked him to do so. We have an immunocompromised person and an unvaccinated child in our household, so we are still dealing with substantial risk from COVID. Another sales associate, Roman Goretstkiy, smoothed over the situation enough that I could put the deposit down over the phone--which the internet coordinator Tricia Carignan had said was not possible to do. She had, in fact, said that they didn't take deposits to hold cars at all, which was patently incorrect. She also accidentally offered me a $500 lower price on the vehicle than they could actually give, which I only discovered after making the deposit. In short, my spouse made an unnecessary trip to the dealership an hour's drive away from our home at which she was misgendered and verbally attacked by Craig. To be fair, none of the other employees behaved so badly, but this one bad apple made us feel very rotten about the whole experience. If there weren't a vehicle shortage and no other 2021 Toyota Siennas in stock within a 150-mile radius, we would not have subsequently done business with this dealership, but we didn't have any other options. If you do, please take your business elsewhere. More

I had a 2013 Escape that belonged to my late wife and a 2011 Tundra that was mine. I called to inquire about the possibility of trading in 2 vehicles toward the purchase of one new reliable vehicle. They made quick work of the trade ins and helped me find a new Escape that seems very nice. I dealt with Mark Caloon and found him to be very pleasant to deal with and he was very professional. He knew the vehicle and helped me a great deal with the purchase. I enjoyed working with him and appreciate his help. For example, when I decided to trade in my truck and plow he came home with me and helped a great deal with the plows mounting in that he pretty much did the job. I am 100% satisfied with his support of my endeavor and the 2019 Ford Escape I ended up leasing. The prices at Greenfield Ford can't be beaten and rest assure I looked around before I ended leasing mine at their location. I appreciate Greg Corcoran who greeted me with a friendly smile and hello at the door. I also appreciate Tony and Craig, that doubled check all the rebates that they could afford me, which brought the price down by hundreds of dollars compared to the surrounding other dealerships.
