You mention the 10 minute tire plug repair. You do not mention my 3.5 hour wait while Matt and tech chased down a vaguely described oil leak. The estimated cost to repair this phantom leak was $5000. FYSA, I had no oil leak, might be faulty sensor, but definitely no leak. Please cease responding Craig. Your aggressive handling of this issue was reprehensible and nothing short of bullying. Additionally, service person Matt M doesn’t even have a nodding acquaintance with the truth.
