Extremely disappointed in the Crossroads Ford service department. I don’t know why I even continued visiting them after all the problems I had when purchasing my car, except that it was the only Ford dealership around. Instead of gaslighting customers, just be upfront and tell them that if anything breaks during your service, we won’t fix it. I spoke to Acey today and he said that even if ( during a future service) my starter works in the parking lot before the service, and they bring it out and then it no longer works, that Crossroads wouldn’t be responsible for fixing it. The only thing he could do would be to give me a referral for an outside vendor. Such great customer service!
