Northpark Nissan is very clean environment with friendly staff. The people who went above and beyond were Brandon (sales associate), Chris, and their manager. I would give Brandon a 5 star rating. He made sure that all questions were answered and give very thorough and descriptive details about each car I was looking for. The best part is that I never felt pressured into purchasing a car that I was not interested in. I also appreciate his patience, as this was my first time buying a car. The process was much easier than anticipated. Only star off was the financial department. Felt like I was being pressured into purchasing things that I had already given a clear answer for and the process felt like it dragged on even after I said I understood all terms and conditions. Overall, my visit with Northpark Nissan exceeded my expectations. Thanks again for everything. More

My wife and I value the experience we had at the Northpark Nissan dealership. We were welcomed like a family member and spent considerable time evaluating the dealership, personnel and facilities. Our sales consultant (Christian Weidle) was especially kind and spent valuable time with my wife and me. We purchased a Nissan Pathfinder after the general sales manager (Craig Pesses) and Christian gave a focused review of a projected deal. I believe they did everything possible to assist with the trade in and the purchase of the Pathfinder. Doing business with a car dealership that cares about its customers was a priority and we found an exceptional one in Northpark Nissan. Christian has followed up with me with telephone calls and emails, asking if everything is going well and if I need clarification with the technology in the Pathfinder. More
