Craig was rude. Craig doesnt know cars at all. Craig is just a saleman... just a bad salesman. did not care at all about my cars problem. Craig doesnt know about the Craig doesnt know cars at all. When all was needed was for him to listen to my complaint. Sometimes the customer actually know more about cars than Craig. I think he hasn't worked on a car himself ever. How can u trust someone like that? They just take your money and never learn about the vehicles they service. Unbelievably bad customer service. More

I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave wit getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave with more problems than you had before. And then they will have the audacity to ask you to bring it back in so they can run more tests. The commission breath is real. Avoid this place if you care about your car. More
