Poor finance service The sales people were wonderful (Craig and Ian). I can not say the same for the finance guy. He told me he would call me later that day with what loan arrangements he made. Being almost a week later, I still have not heard from him. I had to call to get the name of the lien holder so I could get the insurance updated. I was told by whoever I talked to that he would have the person who helped us to give me a call. This is always the worst part of buying from a dealer and I think that there is great room for improvement there. I know you have made the deal so maybe it doesn't matter that we get crapping service after the fact. I will see if the other things that we was told about the dealership hold up. Time will tell. More

One Bad Apple Ruined Our Experience at Toyota Bountiful My husband and I are not quick to make big purchases. We are careful to take our time with researching our options. We decided to checkout the inventory at Toyota Bountiful, and were particularly interested in test driving a 2011 Venza with low miles. From the get-go, we were CLEAR that we were not ready to purchase that day, and just wanted to take this vehicle out for a spin to compare it to others we had previously driven. The sales rep we worked with (Craig Vierig) was eager to help us when Scott Argyle was attending other clients, but was extremely aggressive with his sales tactics, and become very belligerent with us after we had finished the test drive and didn't buy. Shame on us for not walking away when he ripped through us for about 10 minutes - in front of our young child! Not sure if other customers have experienced poor service with Craig Vierig but he is NOT A PEOPLE PERSON. During our time at the dealership, he continuously griped about his own management and other employees, and in fact reprimanded a younger employee in front of us while we were there. So our overall experience was bloody awful. We left feeling bad and will never return to Toyota Bountiful solely because of this man, Craig Vierig, which is too bad because we have been in before and other sales reps have been much more courteous and respectful. Horrible Experience We went to look at a 4Runner these folks had listed online. On our arrival we were told that it was sold the night before. They were nice and asked if we would like to look at a couple others they had. The first was more than we wanted to spend and so we passed on it after crunching numbers. The second wasn't exactly what we wanted but we crunched numbers and came to an agreement. We were told by the salesman to get some insurance going while he went and got the paperwork started for the financing. While on the phone with the insurance company the salesman returned and informed us that the payments would be $5 per month higher because we would have to pay for the new windshield that needed to be installed due to a large crack on the passenger side. This was a deal breaker as it was done by the Used Car Sales Manager in a sneaky manner. Why should we have to pay for something we didn't break in the first place? We viewed this as a very crooked move in the deal as we had already agreed to the numbers and deal, he changed it after the fact. The management asked us to give them a chance to fix this problem and we talked to the salesman again. They were told what it would take to fix the problem which should not have been too painful for them and not too much. It has now been 3 weeks and not a word. I don't believe that I would be returning to this business again and will be sharing my experience anytime I can. More

All I can say that, Toyota, Bountiful dealership provided me excellent buying experience of new vehicle. I worked with Mr. Craig and Mr. Auggie and Mr. Casey.
