Amazing Customer Service! I have been shopping for a new vehicle for over 5 months locally. I discovered Corwin Ford Tri Cities online and contacted the dealership immediately. I have been shopping for a new vehicle for over 5 months locally. I discovered Corwin Ford Tri Cities online and contacted the dealership immediately. From the first contact, up through the handing over the keys, I was blown away by Curt Watson's professionalism and customer service. He went out of his way to make things easy on my end. Personally i live in the San Francisco Bay area, so i made the decision to fly out to Corwin Tri Cities. Curt picked me up at the airport with my vehicle. It was detailed and shining bright before my arrival. I can't thank Curt or the team at Corwin any more than i have. Sold me a bad car I bought my first car here, and before it even hit five thousand miles, the battery died, I'm having electrical problems, and I found out my car has t I bought my first car here, and before it even hit five thousand miles, the battery died, I'm having electrical problems, and I found out my car has two recalls. They sold it to me double the price it was worth, and it's going to take 3 weeks before they can even look at the car. I'm completely disappointed and upset. More
