Cyndy Burris at Automax Hyundai Norman

This dealership is head and shoulders above any of the dealerships next to them. The staff was very friendly and made it very apparent they are people first before salesman. Cyndy Burris helped us and we had met other staff members that were just as courteous and welcoming as Cyndy was. We went in looking for 1 car and walked out with 2 cars and extremely happy. I urge other dealerships to spend some time with this staff and take serious notes. I am recommending this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a new car!

When my car took its last breath on Saturday morning, I almost immediately called Cyndy to find out her hours for the day. She asked what features I wanted while on phone and stated she had several cars (new and used) for me to look at when I arrived. Upon arrival at dealership she took me straight to the row of Elantras but seeing I wasn't overcome with excitement she showed me a new trade in that she had previously sold. PERFECT! She couldn't have known me better. I walked in dealership at 6pm dreading the experience and walked out at 9pm with a new car and more excitement than I have ever shown on purchasing a new car. She even called to check on me since purchase and its only been 2 days! I will never buy another car from anyone else. Cyndy made this sale. She has been a friend for many years but knowing her every one she deals with gets this kind of treatment. I will always recommend her to anyone who will listen.

Best car experience we have ever had! Accommodating, kind, sensitive to our needs, good at listening to our concerns, very honest about the vehicles we were looking at. We felt that Cyndy worked for us, not for herself. That was so appreciated! Michael Day in financing didn't push anything on us. He explained the payment options as well as the warranty packages very well. He laid the information out for us to discuss and allowed us to choose whether or not we wanted to purchase warranty. We felt that the choices were made by us and not forced on us. Just a really good feeling during the purchase process and on the way home. I would recommend Cyndy, Michael and this dealership to my family and friends without hesitation. Hyundai Automax has some great people working on their behalf. I had been communicating with Emily through internet sales on what we were interested in. Emily compiled a list for me to look at when I got to AutoMax. When we arrived we were greeted by Cyndy. She immediately helped us look at the cars Emily listed for me. We were relaxed and not pressured into anything. Cyndy was friendly and genuine.
This was our first dealership experience, and I have to say after being at another dealership first, it was amazing! I was about to throw in the towel on a search, and Cyndy sent us a lifejacket!
I will recommend AutoMax and Cyndy to anyone looking for a car! GREAT, GREAT experience!

My wife and I both purchased a new Sonata in the last several weeks after the great reviews we had read. We are both thrilled with the quality and comfort for the very affordable price, this brand has gone from strength to strength in safety, design and technology at a very reasonable price giving competitors like Volvo and Honda a huge run for their money, I feel confident in making this statement as I am a certified sales consultant and have sold both products. So if you are looking for for value and safety Hyundai is hard to beat.
The Sales team at Automax are friendly, informative and have excellent product knowledge. We dealt with Charles Charles, so good they named him twice! No seriously he is a nice guy and very friendly and helpful. And Cyndy Burris, Cyndy is a fantastic sales consultant, very professional, not at all pushy and kept our seven year old daughter occupied with games on her phone while we were going through the sales process.
I have been in car sales for over twenty years and feel I have the right to be critical the way other sales people perform.. My verdict 10 out of 10 for both Cyndy and Charles.
The facility is also excellent, clean modern and well equipped in comfort and refreshments. Good Job Automax and Merry Christmas to you all!

We bought our first Hyundai (2011 Elantra) at that "other" dealership North of OKC with the extremely annoying commercials, and found their service dept to be a horribly unpleasant experience every time we set foot inside their doors. When we needed some warranty work done on our Elantra we decided to try Automax Hyundai in Norman. After all, we DO live in Norman. Dave McCune, Margo Hayes, and the service guys took us in like family and worked very hard to get everything fixed and get us back on the road. Our service experience was so wonderful that while we were dropping off the Elantra last weekend, we bought a new Veloster Turbo from Cyndy Burris. Cyndy was very patient and never pushy. Just a joy to work with. We will be servicing both vehicles at Automax from now on, and I'm sure we will purchase from them in the future.

We had gone to two other dealerships and they weren't willing to talk to us or even show us what we were looking for, but here at AutoMax Norman, they went far above to accommodate us. Cyndy was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very friendly. I know there was 2 other men we talked to, but I don't remember their names, but they were also friendly and helpful. Love my new Elantra.

Cyndy Burris was the best sales person you could ever ask for. She was very knowledgeable about a very brand new vehicle, was patient with us, and just as sweet as can be. She made our car buying experience very nice...not like our past experiences with previous vehicles bought at different dealerships. I felt like she was a new friend by the end of our dealings with her. She genuinely wanted to make us happy and she did! I would definitely recommend Cyndy and Automax Hyundai to all my friends as well as buy there again.
