Friendly, Efficient Service The service department lead by Keith Cline is the reason I buy from Jeff Haas Mazda. My last visit was excellent. Just went in for an oil change. No hard sell on a myriad of services that I don't really need. Just good, efficient service. Cynthia Ramirez was my service advisor and she did an excellent job. Exceptional customer service I had my vehicle towed to the dealership and Cynthia Ramirez happened to receive my call to inform them it was on the way. She was very friendly and s I had my vehicle towed to the dealership and Cynthia Ramirez happened to receive my call to inform them it was on the way. She was very friendly and she called me back to let me know when my vehicle had arrived. The service dept quickly confirmed the suspected problem. Cynthia was very responsive to all my needs and requests. My vehicle was ready in the estimated time range she gave me. She showed great care, concern and professionalism. I would definitely request her again to be my service rep. More

10000 mile service Cynthia Ramirez took care of my appointment. She was very nice and friendly and took care of me as soon as I showed up. She helped me identify the service that I needed and even got me a discount. She was very thoughtful as well: when she was about to leave for the day, she took the time to come to me and let me know she was leaving and how everything was going. It was rela Purchased a vehicle from Jeff Hass Mazda used car division. Jay McCurtry was my sales person and Lee Pollock the used car sales manager. It was relatively painless. Lee Pollock, the used car manager stands behind his vehicles. We had one small issue after the sale and he took care of it right away. He is fair and honest. Would recommend doing business with him if you are looking at used cars. More

Fraudulent Do not be fooled by the 5 star ratings, they are fake reviews obviously just to make the business look legit. These guys sabotaged my car! And this on Do not be fooled by the 5 star ratings, they are fake reviews obviously just to make the business look legit. These guys sabotaged my car! And this one guy Neil insulted me over the phone when I complained about it. The only polite employee there is Cynthia, the receptionist is terribly rude! They take your car to their repair workshop and switch up your good parts with bad parts. I only went in there for an oil change and my car was returned to me different. I drove there in a good drivable car, and drove out in a hoopty. The issue is still unresolved, they ruined my vehicle! Beware of these guys. I would give them a zero star if I could. More
